Meet the HOA Board
The HOA board is made up of residents of the neighborhood that are elected to serve staggered 3 year terms, with one board member elected each year.

President/Director
The President serves as the lead officer of The Village at Hollins HOA, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the association and the overall direction of its business and affairs. They chair membership meetings and Board of Directors meetings, ensuring things run smoothly and that the community's interests are represented. The President also has the authority to appoint staff or agents as needed and to sign off on contracts and other official matters on behalf of the association.

Treasurer/Secretary
The Treasurer/Secretary oversees the Corporation’s funds and records, including collecting, depositing, and accurately documenting all financial transactions. They work with the Board and President as needed to authorize payments and provide financial reports when requested. They also maintain official records by keeping meeting minutes and issuing required notices for members, directors, and committees. In addition, they safeguard important corporate documents and the corporate seal, ensuring records are available for review when appropriate. They carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Board or outlined in the By-Laws.
