HOA Annual Dues Information

  • HOA dues for the Village at Hollins are $350/year.

  • Payments are due on January 31 of each year.

  • There is a $50 late fee each month payment is late.

  • HOA dues can be paid by check made out to: The Village at Hollins HOA, and mailed to PO Box 21, Cloverdale, VA 24077

Upcoming Meetings

There are no upcoming meetings at this time.

Village at Hollins HOA meetings are held at the Roanoke County Library and are open to all residents of The Village at Hollins.
