Amendment Ratification Update

Our HOA
The Village at Hollins Homeowners Association exists to protect and preserve what makes this neighborhood worth living in. By maintaining shared standards for appearance and upkeep, we help ensure that every home retains its value and that the community as a whole remains a place residents are proud of.
Our goal isn't to try to oversee every decision you make as a homeowner, but to create a consistent foundation that benefits everyone.

HOA Dues
HOA dues for the Village at Hollins are $350/year. Payments are due on January 31 of each year. There is a $50 late fee each month payment is late. HOA dues can be paid by check made out to: The Village at Hollins HOA, and mailed to PO Box 21, Cloverdale, VA 24077
